The culture of tech work is demanding. You’re expected to give your all, again and again, without slowing down.

You can recover from burnout. You can reconnect to yourself, your focus, and your purpose, even in an environment that never stops moving.

Working in tech can be exhausting. Long hours, high expectations, and a breakneck pace are the norm. Burnout is widespread, and often silently endured.

You’re expected to be at your best at all times. But the ground is always shifting. Goals change. Deadlines move. When you hit a target, there’s rarely time to celebrate or catch your breath. You’re expected to jump straight into the next sprint.

And when you do need to pause? You might be afraid to ask. Afraid you’ll be seen as weak, or not performing at the level expected. All of this unfolds against a backdrop of looming layoffs or unstable job security.

Ironically, burnout comes from trying so hard to keep up, yet it chips away at the very energy and clarity you need to perform.

You might be experiencing what I call a quiet collapse. Outwardly, you’re still delivering. Maybe even excelling. But inwardly, you’re depleted. You feel numb. Unfocused. Less sharp than you used to be.

You might notice increased irritability or emotional shutdowns. You’re tense, even when things are “fine.” Your jaw is tight. Your sleep is poor. And things that once brought joy or meaning feel far away.

You don’t have to keep living in burnout, disconnection, or survival mode.

While we can’t change the culture of tech, we can change how it impacts you and how you respond to it.

In therapy, we’ll look honestly at the toll work is taking on your body, mind, and relationships. From there, we’ll create a plan together to help you navigate what you can’t change and shift what you can.

Therapy can help you:

  • Set clear boundaries, both with others and within yourself

  • Understand and regulate your body’s stress responses

  • Reconnect with your emotions and express them in healthy ways

  • Recover a sense of clarity, control, and grounding in your daily life

Together, we’ll help you move from barely getting by to feeling like yourself again.

You don’t have to sacrifice yourself to keep up at work.
You can prioritize your well-being and still give your best.

If that middle path sounds like one you want to walk, I’d be honored to walk it with you.
