It’s time to stop feeling disconnected and to start living with depth, purpose, and peace.
I'm Ciera Coyan, LMFT. I offer online therapy for men and masc people across Washington who are ready to understand themselves more fully, heal from shame, and create relationships that truly feel like home.
You’re a problem solver. You figure things out, you get things done. But when it comes to emotions and relationships, that mindset doesn’t seem to work the same way. You can’t “logic” your way into connection.

You’re self-aware and responsible, but your relationships still feel more distant than you’d like. You love the people in your life, but you want to feel closer, more known, more at ease.
That’s where our work begins.
I help men and masc people move beyond overthinking, to connect not just with their rational mind, but with the messages of their emotions and the quiet wisdom of their gut. Many of my clients were never taught how to understand or soothe their emotions, how to trust their instincts, or how to stay connected to themselves when things get hard.
In therapy, we build those skills together. I offer practical tools for connection and emotional awareness. Just as importantly, I offer a steady, compassionate presence as you uncover the parts of yourself that have been hidden or ignored.
When you learn to meet yourself with curiosity and kindness, everything shifts. You start relating to others from a place of honesty and acceptance, and that’s where real connection begins.
If your emotions were problems to be solved, you would’ve solved them by now. If loneliness had a quick fix, you would’ve found it. You’re stuck not because you’ve done something wrong, but because you’ve been looking for answers in the realm where you already thrive: your mind.
This isn’t your fault. Men, especially, are taught that logic and control are the tools that will keep them safe.
I offer a different path. Together, we’ll turn toward the world underneath the cognitive: the realm of your emotions, your body, and your deeper wisdom. The mind is powerful and essential, but if it’s the only voice you listen to, you miss out on the full story of who you are.
This work is personal for me. Understanding my own feelings and body didn’t come naturally. For years, I tried to outthink or ignore my emotions. It was only when I stopped running, took a breath, and faced the messy, painful work of seeing my full self that I found comfort in my body and could finally let others in. I love offering that same sense of safety and wholeness to my clients.
The compliment I hear most often from clients is when they pause, sit back, and say, “That’s a great question, I’ve never thought of that before.” I’m a gentle, compassionate guide, but also an active one. I don’t just nod and say, “Tell me more.” I help clients go deep, then bring what they discover into everyday life.
